分为4次等量服用：​

• Thiroyd甲状腺补充剂 - 1格令（起床时½粒，中午½粒）- Greater Brand
• Seriphos（压力调节补充剂） - 1,000毫克（早晨） + 1,000毫克（中午）
• 磷脂酰胆碱 - 1粒胶囊
• Get Smart益脑胶囊 - 1粒（早晨） + 1粒（中午）
  

睡前服用：​

• 褪黑素 - 2毫克
• 假马齿苋（助眠） - 100毫克
• 大扶康（Diflucan抗真菌药） - 40毫克（按需）
• IGG Boost免疫球蛋白 - ¼茶匙
  

按需使用：​

• ProBoost胸腺蛋白A（免疫增强剂）

Magnesium – 800 mg Citrate & 400 mg Glycinate - Kirkman

Vitamin C – Sodium Ascorbate, 1000mg - NutriBiotic

Cod liver oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons Nordic Naturals Lemon

Divided in 2 doses noon / 5pm:

Acetyl L carnitine – 500 mg

Co Q 10 – 60 mg

DMG – 500mg - Kirkman

Vitamin K2 - 3mg - Carlson


Additionally, in 1st AM dose:

Micellized Vitamin A - 5,000 IU   Klaire  (propose increase to 20,000)

Folate (Metafolin) - 400mcg - Pure Encapsulations

Mb-12 - Methylmate,  4 drops per day

Thiroyd - 1 grain (1/2 at waking 1/2 at noon) - Greater Brand

Seriphos - 1,000 mg plus 1,000 mg at noon

Phosphatidyl Choline - 1 gel gap

Get Smart - 1 cap plus 1 cap at noon



At Bedtime:

Melatonin - 2 mg

Bacopa (for sleep) - 100 mg

Diflucan - 40 mg as needed

IGG Boost - 1/4 teaspoon
